LuxPass Salon Software

Runs the whole salon.

One system for the whole floor — calendar, POS, roster, payroll and reporting on one database.

The LuxPass calendar on a working day: three stylists rostered 10:30am to 7:30pm with their bookings, a now-line across the afternoon, paid badges on the sales already rung up, and the walk-in queue and till in a rail down the right.

Five things that are actually different.

Everything else we just do properly. Four you can see, and one you can’t.

Walk-ins land on the calendar

Add someone to the queue and a real appointment appears against a chair. The slot shows as taken and they are in the day’s takings — there is no second list to reconcile at close.

The calendar with the walk-in queue beside it: one client waiting 21 minutes against a 20-minute quote, with Start, Place and No-show, and the till listing the $120 sale still to be paid.

One system, one database

Calendar, POS and terminal, roster, payroll, memberships, gift cards, campaigns and reporting. Nothing sits between your till and your reports waiting to break on a Saturday.

Cashup without the calculator

Cash lands in the drawer as it is taken, so what should be in there is already worked out. Count it once, and the variance goes on the record against the day.

Every number shows its working

Average ticket is sales ÷ paid visits. Utilisation is booked against rostered time. The same definitions run the screens, the reports and the weekly email, so nobody argues about whose figure is right.

The insights screen: $669 total sales, 6 client visits, a $111.50 average ticket, 33.3% utilisation, $24.78 revenue per hour and 20.5% retail-to-service, each labelled with the calculation behind it.

The awkward days are the ones it is built for

Cashup at close. Split commission. A stylist calling in sick at 8am. Those are the screens we started with, because those are the days that actually cost a salon money.

And the rest of it is all there

The everyday things you’d expect, all in the same product.

LuxAI  ·  Sold separately

A business partner, not a chatbot.

Ask it what happened last week and why. It reads your real numbers through the same reporting service the statements and the weekly email use, so it cannot tell you a different story than your own reports.

It can act, too — fill a gap in the roster, pull a list, draft the campaign. Nothing is committed or sent until you approve it, approving runs the exact figures you were shown rather than anything re-worked in the moment, and it has no way to approve itself.

Things owners ask it

“Why was Tuesday down on last week?”

“Who has gaps on Saturday?”

“Draft a message to everyone we haven't seen in 90 days.”

Moving across from what you use now

The part every salon worries about, in the order it actually happens.

We look at your current system

Another salon system, an EPOS till, a spreadsheet — we go through what you have and tell you honestly what will and won’t come across.

Your data comes over

Export clients, services, products and the roster from your current system and paste them straight in. Your history stays yours.

We set up your floor

Branches, chairs, staff, opening hours and permissions, configured to match how the salon actually runs rather than a default template.

We sit with you for the first week

Through a real trading week, not a training session. The week after that is the one that tells you whether it worked.

Frequently asked questions

Can I move my data across from what I use now?

Yes. Clients, services, products and the roster all come across from whatever you are on now, and we sit with you for the first week while it beds in. How the move actually goes is set out above.

Can my team have their own logins?

Yes, and they should. Everyone signs in as themselves, and their role decides what they see — a stylist gets their own day and their own takings, the back office stays with the people who run it.

What happens to walk-ins?

They go in the queue, and a real appointment appears on the calendar against a chair. The slot shows as taken and the day’s takings include them, so there is no second list to reconcile at close.

Does it work across more than one branch?

Yes. An owner sees the group, a manager sees their branch, and switching branch switches the whole screen rather than just the name at the top.

Who takes the payment?

You do, at your counter, on your own terminal. Card, cash, split payments, gift cards and vouchers all land on the same sale, and the drawer reconciles at the end of the day.

Is LuxAI included?

No — LuxAI is sold separately. The software is complete without it.
